# Rest vs Accessus

The clearest difference is rating: Accessus at 5.0 against Rest's 4.4. Accessus also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Rest's advantage is ratings volume (2.8K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rest sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Accessus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $49.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Accessus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rest has 2.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
