# Ruud EcoNet vs iFLO

The clearest difference is rating: Ruud EcoNet at 4.4 against iFLO's 3.1. Ruud EcoNet also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 97). iFLO's advantage is review sentiment (30% vs 17%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ruud EcoNet holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ruud EcoNet has 2.4K ratings behind it against 97, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Ruud EcoNet's written reviews are positive against 30% of iFLO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ruud EcoNet ships an update every 5 weeks, iFLO every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
