# Occult Science vs Witchy Living

The clearest difference is ads: Occult Science at none against Witchy Living's shown. Witchy Living's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 11 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Occult Science sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Witchy Living sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Occult Science ships an update every 11 months, Witchy Living every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
