# Nerdify vs Vici

Nerdify and Vici both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 79% of Nerdify's written reviews are positive against 0% of Vici's. Nerdify also leads on ratings volume (2.5K vs 8). Vici's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Nerdify against 4.8 for Vici. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nerdify has 2.5K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of Nerdify's written reviews are positive against 0% of Vici's.

Nerdify ships an update every 5 weeks, Vici every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
