# RIC vs Counter ⁺

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Counter ⁺ at 100% against RIC's 20%. Counter ⁺ also leads on price (Free vs $1.99) and rating (4.8 vs 2.0). RIC's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 15 months). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Counter ⁺ is free to download; RIC costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
