# Flight Tracker & Radar vs radarQuery

The clearest difference is rating: Flight Tracker & Radar at 4.7 against radarQuery's 1.0. Flight Tracker & Radar also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and chart position (#155 vs unranked). radarQuery's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 64%) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flight Tracker & Radar sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and radarQuery sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flight Tracker & Radar holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flight Tracker & Radar has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Flight Tracker & Radar's written reviews are positive against 100% of radarQuery's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flight Tracker & Radar ships an update every 5 weeks, radarQuery every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
