# LycheeThings vs AmbAI

The clearest difference is rating: AmbAI at 5.0 against LycheeThings's 4.5. LycheeThings's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AmbAI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LycheeThings has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
