# Alpaca Peruvian Chicken vs Han

The clearest difference is update cadence: Alpaca Peruvian Chicken at every 2 months against Han's every 13 months. Alpaca Peruvian Chicken also leads on rating (4.0 vs 3.6) and ratings volume (189 vs 14). Han's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 30%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Alpaca Peruvian Chicken holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Alpaca Peruvian Chicken has 189 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Alpaca Peruvian Chicken's written reviews are positive against 50% of Han's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Alpaca Peruvian Chicken ships an update every 2 months, Han every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
