# MetroMonkey vs Subber

The clearest difference is update cadence: Subber at every 7 months against MetroMonkey's every 24 months. Subber also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MetroMonkey sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Subber sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MetroMonkey ships an update every 24 months, Subber every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
