The clearest difference is update cadence: Lockin App Blocker at every 3 days against BlockZilla's every 6 weeks. BlockZilla's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
