# Random Wallpapers+ vs Wallpapers Premium

Random Wallpapers+ and Wallpapers Premium both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Random Wallpapers+'s written reviews are positive against 46% of Wallpapers Premium's. Random Wallpapers+ also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). Wallpapers Premium's advantage is ratings volume (149 vs 6) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Random Wallpapers+ sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Wallpapers Premium sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Random Wallpapers+ against 4.4 for Wallpapers Premium. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wallpapers Premium has 149 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Random Wallpapers+'s written reviews are positive against 46% of Wallpapers Premium's.

Random Wallpapers+ ships an update weekly, Wallpapers Premium fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
