# PITATA vs festi

The clearest difference is rating: festi at 5.0 against PITATA's 3.6. PITATA's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

festi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PITATA has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
