# Fisify vs Healthy Cities

The clearest difference is rating: Healthy Cities at 5.0 against Fisify's 1.0. Fisify's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 46%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Healthy Cities holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Fisify's written reviews are positive against 46% of Healthy Cities's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fisify ships an update every 8 days, Healthy Cities every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
