# Temp Mail vs Invitation Homes

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Temp Mail at 67% against Invitation Homes's 26%. Invitation Homes's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Temp Mail sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Invitation Homes asks for nothing beyond the download.

Invitation Homes holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Invitation Homes has 5.1K ratings behind it against 560, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Temp Mail's written reviews are positive against 26% of Invitation Homes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Temp Mail ships an update weekly, Invitation Homes every 9 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
