# VIDA Go. vs Lockstep Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lockstep Tracker at every 2 weeks against VIDA Go.'s every 10 months. VIDA Go.'s advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VIDA Go. sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $139.99 per month and Lockstep Tracker sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VIDA Go. ships an update every 10 months, Lockstep Tracker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
