# COACHEDBYSMB vs Tren

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tren at weekly against COACHEDBYSMB's every 6 weeks. COACHEDBYSMB's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. COACHEDBYSMB sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $99.99 per month and Tren sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

COACHEDBYSMB ships an update every 6 weeks, Tren weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
