# Strobe it! vs Color Lights Flashing

The clearest difference is rating: Color Lights Flashing at 4.6 against Strobe it!'s 4.0. Color Lights Flashing also leads on ratings volume (185 vs 1). Strobe it!'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Color Lights Flashing sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Strobe it! asks for nothing beyond the download.

Color Lights Flashing holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Color Lights Flashing has 185 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Strobe it!'s written reviews are positive against 80% of Color Lights Flashing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
