# RecDek vs (undersight)

The clearest difference is update cadence: (undersight) at every 2 days against RecDek's fortnightly. (undersight) also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). RecDek's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for RecDek against 5.0 for (undersight). That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RecDek has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RecDek ships an update fortnightly, (undersight) every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
