# Use4Free vs IKEA Home smart

The clearest difference is review sentiment: IKEA Home smart at 34% against Use4Free's 0%. IKEA Home smart also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 21). Use4Free's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Use4Free holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IKEA Home smart has 1.4K ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Use4Free's written reviews are positive against 34% of IKEA Home smart's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
