# BMPRO Connect vs Driven Back

The clearest difference is update cadence: Driven Back at every 3 months against BMPRO Connect's every 6 months. Driven Back also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BMPRO Connect ships an update every 6 months, Driven Back every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
