# Leap Math vs Animath

The clearest difference is update cadence: Animath at every 4 days against Leap Math's fortnightly. Leap Math's advantage is ratings volume (814 vs 221) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Leap Math sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Animath sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Leap Math against 4.6 for Animath. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 814 and 221 respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Leap Math's written reviews are positive against 74% of Animath's.

Leap Math ships an update fortnightly, Animath every 4 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
