# Nowruz vs IPTV Smart Player

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nowruz at 100% against IPTV Smart Player's 48%. Nowruz also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). IPTV Smart Player's advantage is ratings volume (26K vs 9) and update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nowruz sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and IPTV Smart Player sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nowruz holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IPTV Smart Player has 26K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.
