# Invoice Maker vs Scan Now

The clearest difference is rating: Scan Now at 4.8 against Invoice Maker's 4.4. Scan Now also leads on ratings volume (2K vs 24) and chart position (#62 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Invoice Maker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Scan Now sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.95 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scan Now holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scan Now has 2K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Invoice Maker ships an update every 6 weeks, Scan Now every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
