# DEM vs MultCloud

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DEM at none against MultCloud's 10. MultCloud's advantage is update cadence (every 12 months vs every 55 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MultCloud sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. DEM asks for nothing beyond the download.

DEM ships an update every 55 months, MultCloud every 12 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
