# Advidia Viewer vs AXIS Installer

The clearest difference is rating: Advidia Viewer at 4.0 against AXIS Installer's 1.7. Advidia Viewer also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 18.0). AXIS Installer's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 0%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Advidia Viewer holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AXIS Installer has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Advidia Viewer's written reviews are positive against 25% of AXIS Installer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Advidia Viewer ships an update every 2 months, AXIS Installer monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
