# Immich vs Telecraft

The clearest difference is price: Immich at Free against Telecraft's $1.99. Immich also leads on ratings volume (798 vs 14) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). Telecraft's advantage is review sentiment (93% vs 77%). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Immich is free to download; Telecraft costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Immich holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Immich has 798 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Immich's written reviews are positive against 93% of Telecraft's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Immich ships an update every 5 days, Telecraft weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
