# Survival Skills vs PrepperApp

The clearest difference is update cadence: PrepperApp at every 3 days against Survival Skills's every 10 days. Survival Skills's advantage is iOS requirement (13.6 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Survival Skills sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PrepperApp sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Survival Skills ships an update every 10 days, PrepperApp every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
