# Express vs Faid

The clearest difference is update cadence: Faid at every 4 weeks against Express's every 2 months. Express's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Express ships an update every 2 months, Faid every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
