# RhyLive vs DG

The clearest difference is rating: RhyLive at 3.9 against DG's 1.8. RhyLive also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). DG's advantage is ratings volume (26 vs 8). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RhyLive holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 1.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 26 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of RhyLive's written reviews are positive against 8% of DG's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RhyLive ships an update every 2 days, DG monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
