# CV UP vs Fix.it

The clearest difference is rating: CV UP at 5.0 against Fix.it's 4.7. CV UP also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). Fix.it's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CV UP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fix.it has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CV UP ships an update every 2 weeks, Fix.it every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
