# SPIN vs My Southwest

The clearest difference is update cadence: SPIN at every 6 weeks against My Southwest's every 5 months. My Southwest's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.2 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SPIN ships an update every 6 weeks, My Southwest every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 6, 2026.
