# chromacore vs The CC Studio

The clearest difference is ratings volume: chromacore at 87 against The CC Studio's 4. The CC Studio's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for chromacore against 5.0 for The CC Studio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: chromacore has 87 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
