# TransMex Mobile vs Loadgrid

The clearest difference is update cadence: Loadgrid at every 2 months against TransMex Mobile's every 13 months. Loadgrid also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TransMex Mobile ships an update every 13 months, Loadgrid every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
