# Final Draft Go vs Tranzit

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tranzit at every 2 days against Final Draft Go's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Final Draft Go sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Tranzit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Final Draft Go ships an update every 5 weeks, Tranzit every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
