# everlywell vs LootPaw

The clearest difference is ads: LootPaw at none against everlywell's shown. LootPaw also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 48%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). everlywell's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (10K vs 5). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

everlywell holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: everlywell has 10K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of everlywell's written reviews are positive against 80% of LootPaw's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

everlywell ships an update fortnightly, LootPaw every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
