# SITEM vs Auriege Connect

The clearest difference is update cadence: Auriege Connect at every 2 months against SITEM's every 5 months. Auriege Connect also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SITEM ships an update every 5 months, Auriege Connect every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
