# Auer Jot vs Notegate

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Auer Jot at 100% against Notegate's 50%. Auer Jot also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 2). Notegate's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Notegate holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Auer Jot's written reviews are positive against 50% of Notegate's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
