# GWP vs Blitz Rugby

The clearest difference is rating: GWP at 5.0 against Blitz Rugby's 4.5. Blitz Rugby's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GWP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blitz Rugby has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GWP ships an update every 2 months, Blitz Rugby every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
