# Tempt vs Between Covers

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Tempt at 1.7K against Between Covers's 1. Tempt also leads on chart position (#76 vs unranked). Between Covers's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tempt sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Between Covers sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
