# SHASHA vs ROD

The clearest difference is rating: SHASHA at 4.5 against ROD's 3.4. SHASHA also leads on ratings volume (20K vs 14). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SHASHA sells 31 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and ROD sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SHASHA holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SHASHA has 20K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 45% of SHASHA's written reviews are positive against 43% of ROD's.

SHASHA ships an update monthly, ROD fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
