# Hyper Hostess vs Prank or Truth

Hyper Hostess and Prank or Truth both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 87% of Prank or Truth's written reviews are positive against 63% of Hyper Hostess's. Hyper Hostess's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (32K vs 3.9K). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hyper Hostess sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Prank or Truth sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Hyper Hostess against 4.7 for Prank or Truth. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hyper Hostess has 32K ratings behind it against 3.9K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 63% of Hyper Hostess's written reviews are positive against 87% of Prank or Truth's.
