# High Frequency Highway vs Sage

The clearest difference is rating: High Frequency Highway at 4.7 against Sage's 3.0. High Frequency Highway also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (626 vs 2). Sage's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 64%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. High Frequency Highway sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Sage sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

High Frequency Highway holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: High Frequency Highway has 626 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of High Frequency Highway's written reviews are positive against 75% of Sage's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

High Frequency Highway ships an update every 2 weeks, Sage every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
