# COMO Widgets vs Framemaxx

The clearest difference is update cadence: COMO Widgets at every 3 weeks against Framemaxx's every 5 months. Framemaxx's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. COMO Widgets sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Framemaxx sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

COMO Widgets ships an update every 3 weeks, Framemaxx every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
