# GcamPro vs Open camera app

The clearest difference is rating: Open camera app at 3.2 against GcamPro's 2.3. Open camera app also leads on ratings volume (21 vs 4). GcamPro's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (11% vs 0%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Open camera app holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Open camera app has 21 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of GcamPro's written reviews are positive against 0% of Open camera app's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
