# Onlynote vs Do Today

The clearest difference is ads: Do Today at none against Onlynote's shown. Do Today also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Onlynote's advantage is ratings volume (93 vs 2) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Onlynote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Do Today sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Do Today holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Onlynote has 93 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 75% of Onlynote's written reviews are positive against 100% of Do Today's.

Onlynote ships an update fortnightly, Do Today weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
