Mind Your Now is the task app for your work and your household. It puts what matters today up front and holds everything else until it's time. FOUR ZONES, ONE QUESTION Every task sits in one of four zones: Critical Now, Opportunity Now, Over the Horizon and Parking Lot. One question decides what goes in Critical Now: would I stay late to finish this? Keep Critical Now to five or fewer and the day stays doable. START DATES, NOT A WALL OF DUE DATES Tasks show up on the day you plan to start them, so today's list stays short and nothing gets lost. FINISH IT AND SEE IT Check off a task and a red pen stroke draws through it. Changed your mind? Undo. ONE APP FOR THE HOUSEHOLD Share grocery lists and chores with your household, and see who added what. Habits and focus timers live here too. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. WORKS OFFLINE, ON ALL YOUR DEVICES Your tasks, habits, chores, grocery lists and timers are stored on your device and work offline. They sync between your devices when you're online. Kaia, sync, calendar connections and sign-in need a connection. Export an encrypted backup any time. KAIA, IF YOU WANT HER Kaia is an optional AI planning assistant. She can plan your day with you, remember your routines and preferences, and talk by voice on paid plans. When she tidies your list on her own, she signs each change and leaves an Undo. The four zones and the Going Home Test come from Michael E. Linenberger's Master Your Now method.
