# DBSV vs Leseplus+

The clearest difference is monetization model: DBSV at free against Leseplus+'s subscription. Leseplus+'s advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 11 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

DBSV ships an update every 11 months, Leseplus+ fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
