# Vocalist vs Tacit AAC

The clearest difference is device support: Vocalist at 3 against Tacit AAC's 1. Vocalist also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vocalist sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Tacit AAC sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
