# Getadoodle vs Face Shape

The clearest difference is ads: Getadoodle at none against Face Shape's shown. Getadoodle also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and review sentiment (89% vs 61%). Face Shape's advantage is ratings volume (265 vs 14) and iOS requirement (15.5.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Getadoodle sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Face Shape sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Getadoodle holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Face Shape has 265 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 89% of Getadoodle's written reviews are positive against 61% of Face Shape's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
