# nutricare vs NEXUS Training

The clearest difference is update cadence: NEXUS Training at every 5 weeks against nutricare's every 6 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. nutricare sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per month and NEXUS Training sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $95.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
